CAN I UPGRADE MY DAY PASS TO A MEMBERSHIP?
Of course! Guests can put the value of their jump session toward a membership on the same day.
No, memberships are not shareable nor are they transferable for any reason.
HOW OFTEN AM I BILLED?
For Monthly Memberships, you’re billed monthly on the day after you initially sign-up (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month). For our Annual Memberships, you pay a one-time fee and enjoy the pass all year long!
CAN I PAY CASH FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
IS MY MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR BIRTHDAY OR GROUP EVENTS?
HOW DO THE BUDDY PASSES WORK?
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT OTHER BIG AIR TRAMPOLINE PARKS?
Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your pass, simply fill out this online form anytime after completing your second month of membership. Requires a 30 day cancellation notice, and is not eligible for cancellation until your third month begins.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
There is no cancellation fee. There is, however, a $30 re-application fee if you decide to reinstate your membership after one year from the date of cancellation
CAN I SIGN-UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP FOR ONE MONTH?
Guests may cancel their membership after the second automatic payment is processed. This works out to be a three-month commitment.
ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP BLACK OUT DAYS?
These days are subject to change.
*Big Air Memberships™ are non-shareable/ non-transferable and do not guarantee park access, especially during high-attendance periods. Memberships are not valid on major US holidays or for in-park events including Cosmic Nights or special events; discounted member rates may apply. Blockout dates apply and are listed above in the FAQ section. The monthly membership option requires a three month minimum commitment and a valid debit/credit card on file at all times; should a payment not go through, membership and park access will be restricted until account is brought up-to-date. Bring-a-Buddy passes can be used once per billing cycle and within the applicable days of the membership (in case of annual membership, member will receive 12 Bring-a-Buddy passes upon activation and one only (1) Bring-a-Buddy pass can be used per day), and consist of (1) two-hour jump pass; member must be present when discount is given. 2-hours-per-day access must be redeemed for two consecutive hours.
