Of course! Guests can put the value of their jump session toward a membership on the same day.
For Monthly Memberships, you’re billed monthly on the day after you initially sign-up (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month). For our Annual Memberships, you pay a one-time fee and enjoy the pass all year long!
Yes you can! For our Annual Memberships, we accept cash or a valid credit card. For our Monthly Memberships, we require a valid credit or debit card for purchasing as it is set up to auto renew
Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.
As a Big Air member, you’ll receive $50 off any party package booked with us!
If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your pass, simply fill out this online form anytime after completing your first month of membership. Requires a 30 day cancellation notice, and is not eligible for cancellation until your second month begins
Guests may cancel their membership after the first automatic payment is processed. This works out to be a two-month commitment; the month that you sign-up and the final month of the membership (first and last month’s payments).
There is no cancellation fee. There is, however, a $30 re-application fee if you decide to reinstate your membership after one year from the date of cancellation
