The Cashier position includes multiple functions: greeting the guest, informing the guest of the check-in/ waiver procedure, data entry, reviewing waivers, answering general and specific questions, and when applicable, cleaning. Cashiers must be good with money, have good computer skills, and enjoy interacting with people in a positive and professional manner. There is a Concessions/Food Services component of this position, with duties including food distribution and preparation. This job will also include a great deal of cleaning as well as expediting food items to the event staff.
The Park Services employee plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and well-maintained setting for our guests and employees. This position goes well beyond cleaning bathrooms and emptying trash cans. It will require being responsible for responding quickly to spills and will involve some trampoline maintenance; as well as being prepared for spontaneous assistance in event set up and cleanup. Communication with guests will be a must, including question answering and cheerful interaction.
The Court Monitor must actively observe and engage guests who may ignore rules or need assistance. This is a high-energy, interactive position that requires voice projection and an assertive personality. The ability to communicate in a respectful and professional way and be outgoing is mandatory. Rules and jumping guidelines will need to be communicated and continually repeated. Court Monitors keep the courts safe and actively contribute to the fast-paced experience. Current certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid is a plus.
The Event Host/Hostess is the point person for the guest and their party. This position requires an ability to serve children and adults in a friendly, vibrant way and the ability to clean quickly. Stocking, setting tables, serving food and beverages, and cleaning are included in the requirements for this job. The Event Host/Hostess must engage the group continually and keep the momentum of excitement going.
The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for booking and reserving all events. Exemplary phone skills, computer skills, and the ability to be organized are required. This position works closely with the Director of Sales and must be able to be concise and cheerful. The Group Sales staff will be required to work well with the public in a professional manner and may be asked to represent the park at occasional offsite events.
