Yes. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you choose to cancel your party, this deposit will be forfeited.
Our guests are welcome to bring cake or cupcakes and bottled water at no extra charge. We have our signature Big Air cookie cakes available for purchase, therefore no cookie cakes are allowed. Other outside food is subject to a $75 catering fee.
Absolutely! You are welcome to dazzle your party, however, decorations must be assembled during your allotted time. Balloons must be weighted and wall decor may only be hung with gentle painters tape.
Party areas are available after the jump session. Set up varies based on your jump time. Typically, we allow guests access to their party area 10 minutes prior to the start of their party. Your party host will aid in set up.
Standard party areas can fit up to 40 guests with seating capacity for 30 guests. Extra party rooms are available for a $75 room rental fee.
We only charge for jumpers. If you are participating in the trampoline activities you are considered a jumper! All other spectators are free of charge. Additional food options are available for your guests.
Big Air grip socks are required. These socks are included in the party package, so don’t worry!
