CAN I UPGRADE MY DAY PASS TO A MEMBERSHIP?
Of course! Guests can put the value of their jump session toward a membership on the same day.
CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?
No, memberships are not shareable nor are they transferable for any reason.
HOW OFTEN AM I BILLED?
For Monthly Memberships, you’re billed monthly on the day after you initially sign-up (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month). For our Annual Memberships, you pay a one-time fee and enjoy the pass all year long!
CAN I PAY CASH FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
IS THERE A CONTRACT?

IS MY MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR BIRTHDAY OR GROUP EVENTS?
As a Big Air member, you’ll receive $50 off any party package booked with us!
HOW DO THE BUDDY PASSES WORK?
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT OTHER BIG AIR TRAMPOLINE PARKS?
Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your pass, simply fill out this online form anytime after completing your second month of membership. Requires a 30 day cancellation notice, and is not eligible for cancellation until your third month begins.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
There is no cancellation fee.
CAN I SIGN-UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP FOR ONE MONTH?
Guests may cancel their membership after the second automatic payment is processed. This works out to be a three-month commitment.

GIFT CARDS
Big Air Gift Cards are available for purchase in park.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of your Big Air Gift Card. By purchasing or using your Big Air Gift Card, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the person who purchased the Card and/or the person who is using the Card.
We may change the terms of, or add new terms to these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. In addition, we may suspend, cancel, add, modify, or delete any feature offered in connection with the Card, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
The Card is not a debit, charge or credit card. The Card is a prepaid payment device with a “variable load” amount that is selected at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, the Card is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable. The Card may not be used for unlawful purposes and may only be used at Big Air Trampoline Park in Corona, CA.
The value on the Card at any time is it’s “available balance”. You may check your available balance at Big Air Trampoline Park in Corona, CA during operating hours.
This Card has no fees after purchase and the funds on the card do not expire.
Big Air Trampoline Park is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
We strongly suggest that you keep the receipt or email from the purchase of the Card, as we may require it for a refund, exchange or replacement.
The Card cannot be used to purchase tickets online.
TODDLER TIME - $10
Admission is valid for the duration of Toddler Time. Children Ages 6 & Under
Looking for a safe, fun outlet for your three year-old’s energy? Or maybe you just want to make sure that your little one has a particularly restful afternoon nap. Either way, we at Big Air Trampoline park have you covered with Toddler Time every Sunday. We open our doors for little ones to jump at their own speed and comfort level. Without the older kids around, the toddlers feel right at home on all the attractions. In addition to opening the attractions, we provide extra balls and toys for the little kiddos. So whether your kids are bobbing around the dodgeball court or hopping into the foam pit, they will have a blast!
*Under certain circumstances older siblings may attend, however, they must adhere to our gentle jumping policy.

COSMIC NIGHTs - $30
Every Friday and Saturday night from 7:00PM-10:00PM
You’ve heard of cosmic bowling, but have you ever tried cosmic trampolining? Now at Big Air Trampoline Park, you can experience it!
Every Friday and Saturday night at 7:00PM, Big Air Trampoline Park is transformed. We turn down the lights, turn up the music, and fire up the lasers and strobes. Enjoy access to all the attractions at the park for only $30 per jumper. The price of admission covers the entire duration of Cosmic Nights.
