Membership FAQ
Your membership will only be redeemable at Big Air Trampoline Park in Columbus, OH. Memberships are only valid on specified days during operating hours and are not valid on Holidays.
After the one-time initial payment, you’re billed monthly on the day after you initially sign up (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 5th of the
following month).
If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your pass, simply log in to your customer profile using the button below and proceed with canceling your membership.

The PLAYer Pass is an annual pass which includes unlimited jump and play any day of the year! The PLAYer Pass is a one-time, upfront purchase which includes all Big Air Programs (Toddler Time, Mid-Day Madness, and Cosmic Nights), discounted purchases at Big Eats Cafe, discounted Big Air birthday parties, and so much more!
