MORE ON SAFETY

INCREASED CLEANING REGIMEN

Did you know that at Big Air Las Colinas, we have always adhered to a strict cleaning and sanitation regimen? This includes the regular use of a child-safe disinfectant misted around all touchable surfaces of our park. We have now increased our cleaning efforts: routinely disinfecting attractions by misting after use and by deep-cleaning our entire facility each night. Our Team Members will be wiping downs of all attractions throughout the park and you will see us wiping down frequently touched surfaces often.

ADDITIONAL HAND SANITIZING STATIONS

We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. These stations will also be placed at entry points to specific attractions. We are encouraging our guests to use these sanitizers as often as they choose.

Please help us keep others safe by providing enough room for others to play.

LIMITING GUEST CAPACITY

We have reduced our building capacity to allow for more space for each of our guests to enjoy. We will also be tracking non-jumpers in our ticketing software. We encourage you to book your tickets online or by using our mobile app to reserve your space in advance.

EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CHECKS

Team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well. We will be checking temperatures and screening the health of all of our team members prior to their shift.

EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS

Guests over the age of two and all employees are required to wear face masks covering the nose and mouth throughout their time at Big Air Las Colinas.

HOW WE’RE KEEPING OUR ATTRACTIONS CLEAN[ER]

TRAMPOLINES

A dedicated staff member will be disinfecting the trampoline routinely throughout the day. We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after play or as often as they choose.

THE GAUNTLET

A dedicated staff member will be disinfecting the Gauntlet elements routinely throughout the day. We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after play or as often as they choose.

CLIMBING WALLS & HARNESSES

Each harness  will be disinfected by our staff after each use. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after playing or as often as they choose.

PARTY BAYS

A staff member will be disinfecting rooms after each party. Party tables are spaced apart within party rooms to provide space to spread out. We have hand sanitizing stations in each party room and we are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands as often as they choose. Single-use sanitation wipes are available in the Big Eats Cafe for guests to use at their discretion.

BIG EATS CAFE & THE MEZZ

Our staff will be disinfecting cafe tables, chairs, and surfaces regularly. We have hand sanitizing stations in the cafe and we are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands as often as they choose.
