INCREASED CLEANING REGIMEN
Did you know that at Big Air Myrtle Beach, we have always adhered to a strict cleaning and sanitation regimen? This includes the regular use of a child-safe disinfectant misted around all touchable surfaces of our park. We have now increased our cleaning efforts: routinely disinfecting attractions by misting after use and by deep-cleaning our entire facility each night. Our Team Members will be wiping downs of all attractions throughout the park and you will see us wiping down frequently touched surfaces often.
ADDITIONAL HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. These stations will also be placed at entry points to specific attractions. We are encouraging our guests to use these sanitizers as often as they choose.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CHECKS
Team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well. We will be checking temperatures and screening the health of all of our team members prior to their shift.
TRAMPOLINES
A dedicated staff member will be disinfecting the trampoline routinely throughout the day. We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after play or as often as they choose.
THE GAUNTLET
A dedicated staff member will be disinfecting the Gauntlet elements routinely throughout the day. We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after play or as often as they choose.
THE ARCADE
A dedicated staff member will be disinfecting the games routinely throughout the day. We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations all throughout the park. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after play or as often as they choose.
VIRTUAL REALITY
Each controller and headset will be disinfected by our staff after each use. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after playing or as often as they choose.
MECHANICAL SHARK
The seat and rope of the mechanical shark will be disinfected after each rider. We are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after riding. The mechanical shark will be thoroughly cleaned with our disinfectant mist each night.
PARTY ROOMS
A staff member will be disinfecting rooms after each party. Party tables are spaced apart within party rooms to provide space to spread out. We have hand sanitizing stations in each party room and we are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands as often as they choose. Single-use sanitation wipes are available in the Big Eats Cafe for guests to use at their discretion.

Our staff will be disinfecting cafe tables, chairs, and surfaces regularly. We have hand sanitizing stations in the cafe and we are encouraging guests to sanitize their hands as often as they choose. Single-use sanitation wipes are available for guests to use at their discretion.
