Joining Big Air Memberships is incredibly easy! Simply pick the option that’s best for you — either the Big Air Membership, the Big Air Premium Membership, or the Big Air Premium Family Membership. Once you’ve decided, give us a visit at the park and we’ll get you signed up quickly so that you can enjoy the park as soon as possible!

Are there blackout dates?

Holidays are not included with the Big Air Standard Membership. There are NO blackout dates with Premium Memberships

Can I upgrade my general admission jump pass to a membership?

Of course! You can apply the cost of your admission toward a Big Air Membership, so long as the upgrade takes place during the same visit, prior to departure.

How often am I billed?

Guests are billed monthly on the day after they initially sign-up (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month).

Can I pay cash for my membership?

We require a valid credit or debit card for purchasing memberships.

 Can I use my membership at the other Big Air locations?

Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.

Is my membership valid for birthday parties or group events?

Members receive special, periodic discounts on birthdays and other events. Memberships, however, are only valid for General Admission and Toddler Time jump sessions.

How do I cancel my membership?

If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your membership and you have already had one automatic debit on your account, simply fill out our Membership Cancellation Form online. Please remember that it may take up to three weeks to process your request for termination.

Can I sign-up for a membership for one month?

Guests may cancel their membership after the first automatic payment is processed. This works out to be a two-month commitment; the month that you sign-up and the final month of the membership (first and last month’s payments).

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee. There is, however, a $30 re-application fee if you decide to reinstate your membership after one year from the date of cancellation.


+Memberships are not valid for private events, events (including birthday parties, team parties, corporate events, etc. that require a separate admission), and other programs such as Cosmic Nights. Memberships are subject to applicable blockout dates.

**Memberships do not guarantee immediate admission, especially during high attendance periods.
