Big Air Spartanburg features 35+ attractions! Bounce off our wall-to-wall trampolines, set record scores in Virtual Reality, play trampoline dodgeball, jump into our foam pits, slam dunk on our basketball hoops, face your opponent on Battlebeam®, take a spin on our mechanical bull, and celebrate with our award-winning birthday parties. Whew!
Here’s the gist of how it works around here:
- Sign a waiver
- Purchase or wear Big Air brand grip socks
- Buy tickets either online or at the park
- Receive your sticker designating your jump time or climb time
- Jump to your heart’s content on all our attractions during your jump time

Nope! Spectators are free of charge. While you’re here, we recommend relaxing in one of our many massage chairs or in the Big Eats Cafe, surfing the net with our free Wi-Fi.
Big Air has activities for kids of all ages. Whether you’re a little kid getting to bounce for their first time or a big kid who loves to show your stuff on the dodgeball court, we’re sure you’ll will find all the fun you need at Big Air! If the little ones don’t want to jump on the general public courts, they can enjoy Lil’ Air, a sectioned off area where our trampolines are dedicated solely for kids 6 and under. Additionally, during Toddler Time all jumpers are required to follow our gentle jumping rules. All are welcome!
We recommend jumpers wear athletic gear that is both comfortable and appropriate. Big Air brand grip socks are required. Grip Socks are available for purchase at the park. ($3)
Yes! You can purchase them online or in store on your next visit to the park.
All Big Air Trampoline Park participants require a signed liability waiver. Everyone under age 18 is required to have a signed waiver from parent or legal guardian. All guests 18 & over must show valid photo ID. After the first visit, you don’t have to fill it out on future visits for a whole year!
Every participant under age 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If they arrive without one they will not be able to join in the fun. Parents can submit the waiver online. When this is complete, it will be sent to our database and your kid can have the time of his/her life.
Yes! Did you know that Big Air Trampoline Park is the only trampoline park in the Upstate to offer hot, fresh, made-to-order food? This isn’t your average vending machine or snack bar setup that you may find at other trampoline parks. You’ll have over 50 options to choose from in our Big Eats Cafe, including our fan favorite pizza, hand-topped then speedily cooked in the oven until hot and bubbly. From cooling down with ICEES and Dippin’ Dots to satisfying your cravings with tater tots and saucy wings, you’re sure to find some tasty munchies to hit the spot. Check out our menu!
No outside food or drinks are permitted in the park.
Party guests who book through Big Air Events may bring a cake or cupcakes in a covered container for their party. Cookie cakes are not allowed. Otherwise all outside food and drinks are prohibited in the park. If you would like to bring in outside food we do have a $75 catering fee that would apply. For more details please contact our Big Air Events department. We will provide plates, napkins and forks for parties.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including non-usage.
Each guest with a valid Military ID will receive a 10% discount. (Includes active duty, Reserves, Dependents and Retired). Discounts can not be combined and are only valid on General Admission pricing.
