What can I do at Big Air?

Bounce off our wall to wall trampolines, play trampoline dodgeball, jump into our foam pits, slam dunk on our basketball hoops, ride the mechanical bull, try out our ninja course – The Gauntlet, face your opponent on Battlebeam and free climb on our indoor climbing wall! You can also celebrate birthday parties, team and group events.

How does it work?

If you’ve never been to a trampoline park before, it can be a bit confusing at first. Here’s the gist of how it works around here:

  • Sign a waiver online or at the park.
  • Big Air grip socks are required. You can purchase non-skid Big Air Socks at the park for $3.
  • Buy tickets either online or at the park.
  • Receive your sticker designating your jump time (jumps start every 15 minutes).
  • Jump to your heart’s content on all our attractions during your jump time.

What are your prices?

$16/hour with all additional jump hours $10/hour! Skip the lines and purchase your jump tickets now in our webstore.

Do I have to pay if I’m not jumping?

Nope! Spectators are free of charge. While you’re here, we recommend relaxing in our parent’s lounge, surfing the net with our free Wi-Fi and grabbing a snack from Big Eats.

How old do you have to be to bounce?

Big Air has activities for kids of all ages. So whether you are a little kid getting to bounce for their first time or a big kid who loves to show your stuff on the dodgeball court, we are sure you will find all the fun you need at Big Air.

Are all ages welcome at Big Air?

Of course! Kids (and adults) of all ages will have a blast! If the little ones don’t want to jump on the general public courts, they can enjoy Lil’ Air, where our trampolines are dedicated solely for kids 7 and under. Additionally, during Toddler Time all jumpers are required to follow our gentle jumping rules. All are welcome!

What should I wear to Big Air?

We recommend jumpers wear athletic gear that is both comfortable and appropriate.

Starting March 1st, 2019 for your safety all jumpers are required to wear Big Air grip socks.#jumpsafely

Is there a place to store my shoes?

We have cubbies that can be used for free and we have lockers for rent. Do NOT place any valuables in the cubbies. We recommend renting a locker if you have valuables or leaving them locked in your car. Big Air Trampoline Park is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase them online or on your next visit to the park.

What’s the deal with the waiver?

All Big Air Trampoline Park participants require a signed liability waiver. Everyone under age 18 is required to have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. All guests 18 & over must show valid photo ID. After the first visit, you don’t have to fill it out on future visits for a whole year!

What if a child under 18 comes without a parent?

Every participant under age 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If they arrive without one they will not be able to join in the fun. Parents can submit the waiver online. When this is complete, it will be sent to our database and your kid can have the time of his/her life.

Do you serve food?

Yes. You can purchase food at Big Eats, our snack bar that serves items such as pizza, chicken tenders, corn dogs, french fries, funnel cake fries, other snacks and Pepsi products with seating for the whole family.

Can I bring outside food in the park?

No outside food or drinks are permitted in the park.

I am having a party, can I bring my own food?

Party guests who booked through Big Air Events may bring a cake or cupcakes in a covered container for their party. Otherwise all outside food and drinks are prohibited in the park.  If you would like to bring in outside food we do have a catering fee that would apply.

Do you have a military discount?

Each guest with a valid Military ID will receive $2 off the first hour of jumping. (Includes active duty, Reserves, Dependents and Retired).

Where are you located?

Big Air Trampoline Park is located at Westgate Crossing at 660 Spartan Blvd in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
