Membership FAQ
Your membership will only be redeemable at Big Air Trampoline Park in Lexington, SC. Memberships are only valid on specified days during operating hours and are not valid on Holidays.
You’re billed monthly on the day after you initially sign-up (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month).
If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your pass, simply log in to your customer profile using the button below and proceed with canceling your membership.
