PLAYer PASS FAQ
The Big Air PLAYer pass is a one-time only, upfront payment! No monthly payments or auto-drafts. How easy is that?!
Since the Big Air PLAYer pass is a one-time-only, upfront payment, we do not offer refunds or early cancellations.
We will still offer the monthly Big Air Memberships if requested. Check back soon for more information.
If you forget your pass, we will look up your pass information by name. If your card was lost or stolen, we will replace it for a $10 fee.
COSMIC NIGHT POLICY
- Big Air jumpers under 15 or without an ID must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 25 years or older at ALL TIMES on Friday and Saturday nights 7 - 10pm.
- When checking in minors, the adult must stay with them at ALL TIMES! Adults MUST checkout ALL accompanied minors they checked in. No drop-offs.
- 1 adult per 5 minors.
- Big Air PLAYer Pass holders and Members are excluded from restrictions.
Friday & Saturday night. Tickets Valid from 7pm – 10pm
- $5 for required Big Air grip socks which are reusable. If you have any competitor’s brand of grip socks, we will gladly trade them out for Big Air grip socks at no cost.
- Cosmic Combo: $5 for 2 slices of pizza and soda with each paid ticket
Admission is valid for the duration of Toddler Time. Children Ages 6 & Under.
Looking for a safe, fun outlet for your toddler’s energy? Or maybe you just want to make sure that your little one has a particularly restful afternoon nap. Either way, we at Big Air Trampoline Park have you covered with Toddler Time® each week! Without the older kids around, the toddlers feel right at home on all the attractions.
Ages 2 and under are $5 with a paying adult
Toddler Time sessions and rates are only available when Franklin and Delaware County schools are in session. Toddler Time may be cancelled or rescheduled in the rare event a buyout occurs. No other discounts or specials apply to Toddler Time admission. Parents and older siblings 6 and up are welcome to gently jump at General Admission pricing.
Big Air now welcomes jumpers of ALL ages for early bird, mid-day jumping during the school week at Big Air Columbus! A great opportunity to get some jumping in before the afternoon traffic begins.
