THE PARTY PROCESS
- Select | Select from one of our party-package options or start with our base party package and build as you go!
- Book | Once you’ve made your selection, it’s time to book! You can book over the phone or through email. Please keep in mind that all birthday events do require an advance reservation + $100 non-refundable deposit. Walk-up parties may not be accommodated.
- Invite | Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email complete with all the info you’ll need for a successful event with us. Ready to invite? Once your RSVPs come in, we encourage that a guest list be sent to us as soon as possible. Also, all guests do require a liability waiver, which can be completed online here prior to arrival.
- Celebrate | Simply arrive on your event-day, check-in at our Big Events counter, and we’ll take care of everything from there!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Take note of these special points.
- Parties Include 10 Free Jumpers, Dedicated Party Host, Cups/Plates/Napkins, Setup/Cleanup, Printed Invitations and Playtime on ALL Attractions
- AirSocks will be included for every paid jumper in your party
- Private Birthday Area | Included with every party package. Open party area included (Seats 30-35)
- All jumpers require a signed liability waive | Everyone under age 18 is required to have a signed waiver from parent or legal guardian. All guests 18 & older must show valid photo ID.
- Non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of reservation | Time slots are subject to sellout. Prices & Hours are subject to change without notice.
- Reserved birthdays may bring a cake or cupcakes in a covered container, and bottled water for no additional fee during reserved party time. If you wish to bring outside food please call for more information on our catering policy.
Groups & Team Parties
Group event rates are sold in one hour increments of trampoline use. Be sure and ask about our longer stay options! All rates include our special mandatory “AirSocks”!
Our group rates start as low as $12 per person/hour with 20 people.
Fundraisers
Book your school fundraiser or spirit night with us! When you book with us Monday-Thursday your school gets 50% of the revenue! Friday-Sunday & holidays your school will get 25% of the revenue!
Buy Outs/ Private Events
You can also request a buyout. Please know that prices vary depending on day and time.
PRIVATE EVENTS - BUYOUTS
Want the entire park just for you and your guests? Shut us down and experience Big Air exclusively! Your group will have full access to the park and our party areas. We are a bit particular about the hours in which we allow private events, so please contact our Events Team to discuss potential times. This is a perfect option for large groups, organizations, schools, and businesses that would like to have a private, all-access, exclusive party!
