Everything you need to know about Big Air
What should I wear?

We recommend jumpers wear athletic gear that is both comfortable and appropriate. Big Air brand grip socks are required. Grip Socks are available for purchase at the park.

Can I bring my own food?

Our guests are welcome to bring cake or cupcakes and bottled water at no extra charge. Other outside food is subject to a $75 catering fee.

Do all guests have to pay?

We only charge for jumpers. If you are participating in the trampoline activities, you are considered a jumper! All other spectators are free of charge. However, all guests must sign a waiver in person or online. Additional food options are available for your guests.

WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Liability waivers are required at each location for all of our Big Air guests. Everyone under the age of 18 years is required to have a signed waiver from parent or legal guardian. All guests 18 & over must show valid photo ID. After the first visit, you don’t have to fill it out on future visits for a whole year!

When can I set up for my party?

All parties are guaranteed 15 minutes prior to their scheduled table time to start setting up.
